As a copywriter, I craft everything from zingy one-liners to punchy scripts for clients such as Google, IBM and Coca-Cola. In my creative writing, I tell stories that live somewhere between the heart and funny bone. My fiction has been published in literary journals, Quarter After Eight and Tampa Review. I received a Pushcart prize nomination on one story, and dozens of literary journal rejections on that very same story. My nonfiction has appeared in Columbia Journal, L.A. Weekly, and Elle.com, and has ranged in subject matter from rehabilitative stand-up comedy to pants I share with my grandmother.
